VPN Gate- Free Anonymous VPNs for Everyone, thanks to a new University Project

VPN or Virtual Private Network service is useful for a lot of reason and it allows a user to access the Internet with complete freedom.

The Government in Iran and China blocks Internet access to popular sites such as YouTube, Twitter or Facebook while most Government in other part of the world such as Malaysia blocks Internet access to file sharing sites such as The Pirate Bay. One simple way to access these sites are via VPN.

The Graduate School of University of Tsukuba, Japan, has just launched a project called VPN Gate that provides users with high-quality VPN connections for free. There are no fees, no ads, and no registration required.

The VPN Gate project is actually an experiment in p2p VPN connections, operated by volunteers.
