FUTURE OF LEARNING

SHOWCASE OF FUTURES-LED THINKING IN EDUCATION

Young people and adults of varied ethnicities sit at long tables together, working on an activity. Several draw triangles on paper with coloured pens. One consults a phone screen. Juice and bananas are scattered around for snacking.

In this age of disruption and rapid technology-driven change, it's critical that our schools are focused on enabling young people to thrive in a very different future.

In a joint collaboration between Pam Fergusson Charitable Trust and Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga, Aotearoa’s Ministry of Education, we have gathered examples and resources of future-focused education practices from Tāmaki Makaurau to give your school or kura inspiration and practical guidance to lead your school into the future.
